For stability while training, the bench is 31cm wide and set 44cm above the floor. The height of the catchers adjusts in 8 steps in 6cm increments. The design makes it easy to connect and remove catchers from the rack.

The angle of the back pad has 5 adjustment increments. A linear bearing reduces friction. The footplate is set at 80° to reduce stress on the ankles. It can hold a maximum of 14 plates, up to BULL 20kg each.

providing the ideal trajectory for press-based training.
BULL’s 10° guide angle enables a smooth natural body motion and joint angle, for safer training. Linear bearings minimize friction for fluid movement while exercising. Initial shaft load resistance is 7kg. With no lateral connections at the bottom of the frame, it is easy to set up and walk-through.

Locating the arm on the front instead of the back enables a more compact design. The arm is connected in pillow in block bearing allowing for smooth movement. The height of the connecting portion of the arm is set for the handle to go up close to upright.
